Happy Valentine's Day!

I hope you and your honey are celebrating a frugal Valentine's Day full of love and laughter.  This year GJS and I budgeted a nice date night.  He is in charge of the execution.  I came up with the idea.  We'll see how it all pans out but my hopes are high.  I created a pinterest board for my perfect French inspired date.  I've already been told that the movie Cyrano De Bergerac and petit fours were too illusive in our neck of the woods, so those are off the table.  Though I know at the bare minimum, we'll be eating some yummy vittles tonight.
It is a rare day that I am not concerned with the budget, but today is that day.  I'm just excited to see what GJS has in store and I know he stayed within the budget, thanks to  I'm going to kick back, relax and enjoy a little romance and quality time with my handsome husband.  Happy Valentine's Day all :)

  1. We cooked at home as a family: steak, scallops, mashed potatoes, salad, and a french loaf. Much cheaper and less crowded
